How do I book a group or private event?
Can I come and go from my suite during the event?
Yes! Your suite is yours for the evening. Feel free to explore the maze, skate, shop, and return to your suite at any time.
Do guests need to complete waivers before arrival?
Yes. All guests, including private parties and large groups, must complete waivers before arriving. This helps avoid delays and ensures a smooth experience for everyone.
Why is completing waivers in advance important?
When waivers aren’t completed beforehand:
- Guests need assistance on-site, which slows down lines for everyone.
- Network congestion can occur when large groups try to sign waivers simultaneously.
- Wait times and staffing needs increase significantly.

For private parties or group reservations, the person who booked the event can help ensure waivers are signed before arrival.
