NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING. YOUR ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED. OPEN TO ELIGIBLE LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:00:00 PM PACIFIC TIME (“PT”) ON AUGUST 19, 2026, AND ENDS AT 11:59:59 PM PT ON AUGUST 26, 2026. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Enchant Washington D.C. Holiday Tour Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00:00 PM PT on August 19, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on August 26, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s clock will be the official Sweepstakes clock.

2. SPONSOR

The “Sponsor” of the Sweepstakes is Social House Entertainment, 12920 Metcalf Ave Unit 170, Overland Park, KS 66213.

3. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry (“Participants”). Void in Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and wherever prohibited by law.

None of the following are eligible: officers, directors, and employees of Sponsor and any of their parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and related companies, and any agencies or entities engaged in the development, production, administration, fulfillment, or distribution of materials for the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and the immediate family members (parent, child, sibling, or spouse) of, or persons (whether related or not) living in the same household as, such individuals.

4. AGREEMENT TO OFFICIAL RULES

By participating, Participants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

5. HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES

During the Sweepstakes Period:

  • Participant must comment the keyword posted on the official Enchant Washington D.C. Instagram or Facebook Reel/post promoting the Sweepstakes.
  • The participant must also tag three people they would bring to Enchant.
  • The participant then shares the contest in accordance with the final legal mechanism.
  • The participant will receive an automated direct message (via ManyChat) with a link to the official entry form.
  • The participant must complete and submit the entry form with valid information.

Entry is only complete upon successful form submission.
Limit: One (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.

6. ENTRY CONDITIONS

Any attempt to enter using bots, scripts, automation, or fraudulent methods is prohibited and may result in disqualification.

In case of dispute, the authorized account holder of the email address or social media account used will be deemed the Participant.

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

7. WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION, AND ODDS

One (1) winner will be selected on or about August 28, 2026, from all eligible entries received. The winner will be selected at random.

The potential winner will be notified via the contact information provided in the entry form and must respond within seven (7) days of notification. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

  • City Cruises: 2 dinner cruise tickets ($260 value)

    • Lumiére Reserve (Vidal blanc)
    • Cabernet Sauvignon

  • Yachtsy: The prize is a private two-hour booking on the water for up to eight guests in either DC or Baltimore (value: $380)*

*Yachtsy use restrictions: the prize is valid for one booking based on availability, in either their DC or Baltimore location. In addition, in order to qualify for the prize, the participant must follow their Instagram for entry.

Prizes are valid for the 2026 Enchant Washington D.C. holiday season only and must be redeemed on a date designated by Sponsor based on availability.

All additional costs, including transportation, food, beverages, gratuities, and incidental expenses, are the sole responsibility of the winner and guests.

9. PRIZE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Winner and guests must comply with all venue rules and regulations.

Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited.

10. PRIVACY

Sponsor will collect personal data from Participants, which will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at https://classicchristmas.com/privacy/.  By entering, each Participant consents to such collection and use.

11. CONDUCT OF SWEEPSTAKES

All federal, state, and local laws apply. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the administration or fairness of the Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE THE ENTRY PLATFORM OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.

12. GENERAL RELEASE AND WAIVER OF CLAIMS

By entering, Participants release the Sweepstakes Entities and any social media company used for promotion from any liability for loss, harm, or damage arising from participation or prize use.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical errors; or unauthorized access. ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

14. CHOICE OF LAW; CHOICE OF FORUM

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in Delaware courts.

15. GRAND PRIZE WINNER LIST

For the identity of the Grand Prize Winner, send a request and self-addressed stamped envelope by October 1, 2026 to: Social House Entertainment ATTN: Legal Department, 12920 Metcalf Ave Unit 170, Overland Park, KS 66213.

16. MISCELLANEOUS

Sponsor’s failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. If any part is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
