On-site parking is available and conveniently located at Gate 3 on Huntington Drive. View the location on Google Maps.

Parking is only valid for the selected entry time. Additional drive-up parking is available on-site, subject to availability.

Getting To Santa Anita Park By Public Transport
Santa Anita Park is conveniently located in Arcadia, California – Near Pasadena and within driving distance of San Gabriel, Monrovia, Glendale, and Los Angeles.
To get to Santa Anita Park by public transport from Los Angeles, take the Metro A Line (Gold Line) to Arcadia Station and then transfer to the Arcadia Transit Green Line bus, which stops directly at the park. The Metro A Line is a tram that runs every 15 minutes, and the bus connection is a short ride.
Detailed Steps:
- Take the Metro A Line (Gold Line) to Arcadia Station:
- Board the Metro A Line at a major station like Union Station.
- Ride the tram to Arcadia Station, which is located near the park.
- Transfer to the Arcadia Transit Green Line:
- At Arcadia Station, find the Green Line bus stop.
- Board the Green Line bus.
- The Green Line stops at Santa Anita Park, making it a convenient connection from the Metro station.

Hours Of Operation
Bag Policy
No bags or backpacks will be permitted into the venue except for small personal bags or purses (12” x 6” x 12” max).
To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into Santa Anita Park, clear carry bags are encouraged. Those carrying clear carry bags will be allowed entry into the park much faster.
Please note that some events may enforce a modified bag policy.
All permitted bags are subject to search both upon entry and within the venue.
Pet Policy
- Enchant welcomes trained service dogs as defined under Titles II and III of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), no other animals are permitted within the event. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA.
- Service animals must be under the effective control of the handler at all times and all vaccinations for rabies and other common diseases must be up to date. If the service dog is found not to be housebroken or not under control by the handler (which can include barking, lunging at guests or other service animals, etc.) the service dog and handler will be asked to leave the event without refund.
- The only exception to this policy is on our Paws & Claus event nights Dec 3 & Dec 17. Dog tickets are required for each dog (2 pup tickets per order max) and quantities are limited.

Guests are not permitted to enter Santa Anita Park in possession of the following:
- Cameras with interchangeable/detachable lens or external flash (no professional photography)
- Audio/visual recording devices (includes GoPro, Google glass, spectacles, etc.)
- Selfie sticks, tripods, monopods
- Outside food, beverage, or alcohol
- Cans, metal/glass/plastic containers, bottles, or flasks (empty or sealed bottles included)
- Guests will be allowed to bring one (1) factory-sealed, non-frozen 33.8 fl. oz. (1 liter) bottle of water (no soda, flavored water or soft drinks)
- Laptops, tablets, personal computers, or two-way radios
- Weapons, firearms, pepper spray, pocket knives or mace
- Illegal drugs or substances
- Flammable liquids, aerosol cans, or permanent markers
- Flashlights, laser pointers, flares, or fireworks
- Noise making devices (i.e. air horns, whistles, bells, vuvuzelas, etc.)
- Balloons, balls, projectiles, or optical illusions
- Skateboards, Segways, scooters, rollerblades, bicycles, hover boards, and helmets
- Coolers, ice chests, folding chairs, or pointed-tip umbrellas
- Patrons without shoes or shirt
- Masks, chains, or studded belts/bracelets
- Drones (without prior written consent from stadium management)
- Animals or pets (accommodations made for trained, harnessed, and housebroken service animals)
- Unapproved pamphlets, handouts, ads, or flyers without prior consent from stadium management
- Clothing, garments, or signs displaying explicit language, profanity, or derogatory characterization toward any person(s)
- Signs, flags, or banners.
Management reserves the right to prohibit or remove a sign or banner at any time. Social House may determine additional prohibited items. Social House and Santa Anita Park reserve the right to prohibit additional items as deemed necessary or per event requirements. Prohibited items are not able to be checked-in and are not able to be stored on-site. It is the sole responsibility of each guest to make proper arrangements prior to arrival at Santa Anita Park to meet the security screening requirements.
No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside Enchant and there is no re-entry into the event for single-day ticket holders. Please plan ahead.
Ice Skates
If bringing your own skates, please ensure they have blade guards on at all times and if bringing a bag to carry them ensure the bag meets bag restrictions.
No Re-Entry is permitted for the events so you may not return to your vehicle after skating to store them. Please plan ahead.
Enchant Is A Cashless Event
Enchant is a cashless event. Our events will only be accepting contactless forms of payment, including debit cards, credit cards, and mobile wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Costume Policy
- Costumes should be child-friendly and may not be obstructive, offensive, or violent.
- Guests may wear masks. However, masks must not obstruct vision, and eyes must be visible at all times.
- Guests who dress up are not permitted to pose for pictures, sign autographs, or sell photos to other guests.
- Costumes should not drag on the ground.
- Costumes should not contain sharp objects, pointed objects, or materials that may accidentally strike another Guest.
- Costumes should not contain any weapons which resemble or could easily be mistaken for an actual weapon.
- Guests who do not adhere to these guidelines may be refused entry into the event unless their costume can be modified to meet the above standards.
Arrival Window
Our Arrival Window is the earliest period of time you are able to enter the Enchant venue. This is done to make sure that each guest has a magical experience and to avoid overcrowding when entering. Once you have entered Enchant, you are able to stay for as long as you would like.
Although you are not able to enter Enchant prior to your Arrival Window, if you are running a little bit behind, you will still be able to enter Enchant once your Arrival Window has passed. However, we kindly ask that you try to arrive as close as possible to your chosen Arrival Window time.
No Re-Entry
Due to capacity limitations and the safety of our guests Enchant has a no re-entry policy. After you have exited the venue for any reason, re-entry will not be permitted.

- Adult – 18-64
- Youth – 14-17 (Can NOT be purchased alone – must accompany an adult ticket purchase)
- Child – 3-13 (Can NOT be purchased alone – must accompany an adult ticket purchase)
- Infant – 0-2 (Can NOT be purchased alone – must accompany an adult ticket purchase)
- Senior – 65+
- Military (Active, Retired, Reserves) ID will be required
- Military Guest Only, not applicable to family and friends

Do You Offer Group Tickets?
We have several ticket packages and special offers:
- Family Offer, which includes two (2) adult & two (2) junior general admission tickets at a sweet deal. *Discount applied at checkout.
- Friends Night Out Offer, which includes (4) adult general admission tickets at a lower per single ticket price. *Discount applied at checkout.
- Snow Globe Private Suite, which includes 10 tickets + Food and Beverage.
- Special offer for guests who purchase full-price Adult, Youth, or Child General Admission tickets for groups of 10 or more; this savings offer excludes Infant, Senior, Military, VIP, or Suites purchases. This discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Tickets are non refundable and Discounts can not be applied after the ticket purchase has been completed.
Our website has a 25 ticket limit per transaction, for groups requiring more than 25 tickets, multiple transactions will be necessary.
Premiere Pass Upgrade
With your Premier Pass Upgrade, you will have access to a special line for the Maze, Santa’s Landing, Snow Slide and Ice Skating (if Snow Slide or Ice Skating was additionally purchased), receive a beverage and merchandise vouchers.
Should you like to add a Premier Pass Upgrade onsite and it is not sold out, you can make the purchase online using your MyAccount located at the bottom of your order confirmation and visit guest services with your order confirmation to retrieve your wristbands.
Manage Your Tickets
Please have your ticket QR code ready to display when you arrive. The QR code is located at the top of your order confirmation which you should have received via email.

Purchasing Additional Tickets On Site
General Admission tickets can be purchased onsite at the box office or more conveniently from your smartphone by visiting our website.
Add-on tickets such as skating and sliding can only be purchased on your smartphones, pending availability.
Manage Your Order
Manage your order all in one place. Easily add add-ons, change ticket dates, and change ticket times. Guests with Visit Protection can request order cancellations. What If I Need To Change Dates After I Have Already Selected?
To change your Enchant visit date, you’ll need to manage your tickets through the link provided in your email confirmation. Specifically, you’ll need to find the “Manage my ticket” or “Manage my orders” option within the email and then select the new date and time. Be aware that ticket prices can vary by date, and changing your ticket may incur additional fees.
Here’s a more detailed breakdown:
1. Locate your email confirmation:
Find the email you received when you purchased your Enchant tickets.
2. Access your ticket management:
Look for a link or button within the email that says something like “Manage my tickets,” “Manage my order,” or similar.
3. Select the change option:
Within the ticket management area, you should see an option to change your ticket date and/or time.
4. Choose your new date and time:
Select the specific date and time you’d like to attend.
5. Confirm and finalize:
Follow the prompts to confirm your changes and finalize the process. Keep in mind that you may need to pay any additional fees associated with the new date or time.
Do Tickets Include Access To Special Activities Like Ice-Skating, Snow Sliding Or The Ferris Wheel?
General Admission tickets do not include any additional activity passes. You can add passes for Ice-Skating, Snow Sliding, and the Ferris Wheel to your purchase as optional add-ons during checkout.
Do You Offer Cancellations Or Refunds Of Tickets Or Add-Ons?
Enchant will not grant full or partial ticket or add-on refunds at any time, as stated in the Enchant Ticket Terms and Conditions. Please review your ticket purchase carefully and ensure you are selecting the correct date, time, and city when you are booking your reservation.
This policy applies to all Box Office and online ticket purchases
Please note: Should local weather conditions require Enchant to cancel or delay an event, we will have a re-accommodation plan for guests to reschedule to another date this season. Tickets can not be held to future seasons as we do not always return to the same cities each year.

What Can I Find At The Enchant Village?
Our Village features a diverse range of vendors offering everything from handmade crafts and unique gifts to delicious food and local goods. There’s something for everyone!
Where Can I Take My Picture With Santa?
Create magical holiday memories with a photo alongside Santa! Capture the joy of the season with this special moment at Santa’s Landing, conveniently located close to the Sparkling Tunnel and Mrs. Claus & Little Elves Play Place.
Accessibility
- Strollers
- Families with small children in strollers or wagons are always welcome to our Enchant events. However, due to size restrictions in the Maze, we may have to implement some required stroller parking.
- Wheelchairs
- Enchant events are accessible for our guests that require the use of a wheelchair or walker.
- Enchant does not have or rent wheelchairs for guest use.
- Ice Skating is wheelchair accessible.
Guest Services
Guest Services are available throughout the Enchant season, conveniently located near the front entrance and in the Enchant Village. Please ask any staff member for assistance and we will do our best to accommodate.
First Aid
During the Enchant season, First Aid at Santa Anita Park is available inside the event next to the Ice Skating Trail. Guests in need of medical assistance are encouraged to notify a nearby event or security staff member.
Lost & Found
Lost & Found items are retrieved by Enchant staff, kept at Guest Services during the event, and all property is turned over to Santa Anita Park at the end of each event day.
Guests inquiring about lost items should contact email support@socialhouseentertainment.com. Items lost at prior events are held in a locked storage area for 7 days and are then disposed of or donated to a charitable organization. Santa Anita Park and Enchant cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.
